Happy Friday you all! Suzanne Driessen wanted me to let you know that she will be doing a cottage foods session at this conference that will meet both Tier 1 ($0 to $5000.00) and Tier 2 ($5001.00 to $18,000.00) training requirements. Have a wonderful weekend!

“Growing Your Community Network”
Following last year’s resource-packed conference at the Monticello Community Center, the MFMA is excited to return on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2016.
We paid attention to what you told us in your evaluations: keep the delicious local food, but make more time for networking and offer breakouts for the many different aspects of growing, selling and managing farmers’ markets.
We’ve restructured our offerings in 2016 to make sure there are plenty of opportunities to network with your fellow Minnesota growers and market managers. Popular ‘Speed Mentoring’ network sessions are being re-introduced as well.
The MFMA serves a diverse group of farmers, vendors, seasoned market managers and newer volunteers. The 2016 Spring Conference in Monticello Tuesday, March 22 will offer information and resources relevant to everyone who strives to make Minnesota farmers’ markets more successful and profitable.
See you there!
