Food Friday ~ Breakfast Pizza

This recipe comes from a friend of ours in Missouri. Thank you Nonie from Nonie’s Kitchen!

Spray an 18×12 cookie sheet, press in 2 large cans of Croissant dough, sealing the seams, bake for 3 minutes.

Cook and drain 1 lb. of sausage or turkey sausage sprinkle on the dough, add 2 cups of cheddar cheese.

Mix 10 eggs with 1/4 cup milk and salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage and cheese mixture on top of the dough.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until egg is set.

Other options: Use a bag of real bacon bits in place of the sausage.

For vegetarian version make with mushrooms, diced red pepper, and broccoli, chopped fine!
