Food Friday ~ Easy Pumpkin Dessert

Need a super easy dessert? My daughter and I came up with this one day and it has become a fall favorite. Mostly because fall is the only time of year that I can find Pumpkin Mousse in the deli!

1 pound of Pumpkin Mousse (I buy mine from the Coborns Deli)424e56f43e336825904ef27f03b597ec[1]

1 package Keebler mini graham cracker crusts

1 small container of Cool Whip

Just fill the little graham cracker crusts with the pumpkin mousse, then top with Cool Whip.  Keep any leftovers refrigerated. I know, it’s totally cheating with all of the ready made products, but so worth it!
