Tunnel Of Fudge Bundt Cake, is the cake we talked about yesterday. It is featured on the cover of the 1966 Pillsbury cook book titled, The Pillsbury Busy Lady Bake Off Recipes, from their 17th annual bake off. It’s really easy to make and super rich! Definitely a good cake to eat with vanilla ice cream. In the beginning I had accidently written Tunnel of Love, instead of Fudge. Either description works. Click on the link to find the recipe below.
