Tidbit Tuesday ~ Arkansas
In February 2011, Arkansas amended their cottage food law to allow the sell of baked goods from their homes. The rules were not defined except to say that the products should be nonhazardous.
The Arkansas Department of Health published the Cottage Food Guide in May 2012 to make the rules more clear. I did not see a monetary limit anywhere that I looked. You can click on the link to read the whole article.
